It took place in an In-n-Out drive through in Santa Barbara in 1996. I was stunned and silent for a full 5 minutes.

We got married in 1997. Next month we will have been married 28 years. Best decision I ever made.

That’s a huge factor.
It didn’t help me for some reason—I went on HRT quite quickly because there’s a history of really catastrophic bone loss at young ages in the women in my family—but the drops in estrogen absolutely caused the increase in migraines.
