Today, ACLU of CO and other local lawyers filed a lawsuit on behalf of their clients against Noem, DHS, & ICE. Marisa's work was cited in the footnotes.

My faith in the legal system fluctuates daily. But doing nothing is absolutely not an option, and lawsuits like this one are just one piece of the whole puzzle. Protests, Chicagoans honking behind ICE caravans, legal resources and Know Your Rights trainings, AND lawsuits like these. All necessary.
