r/analytics • IOh We just found out our AI has been making up analytics data for 3 months and I'm gonna throw up. Support So we've been using an Al agent since November to answer leadership questions about metrics. It seemed amazing at first fast answers, detailed explanations, everyone loved it. I just found out it's been hallucinating numbers this entire time. Our VP of sales made territory decisions based on data that didn't exist. Our CFO showed the board a deck with fake insights. The Al was just inventing plausible sounding percentages. I only caught it by accident when someone asked me to double check something. I started digging, and holy shit, it's bad.

I'm about a year behind on my campaign recap, and found what I though at first was a terrible continuity error with what I'd subsequently told my players.

Au contraire, it's just a hitherto-unexplored additional geopolitical entity which I have already started on a map to explain...

Without contradicting Jamelle's point, they possibly look at the class position and source of wealth for many of the founding fathers and think THAT is the fundamental underpinning of the US.

Have to think a sub-25% primary is causing a few alarm bells to ring. Be fascinated to see where the internal seat polling thinks they are particularly weak.

The PHON is *LIKELY* a bit of fool's gold, but if I were Allan I wouldn't want to rely on that.

Party registration news: something called The Riverina State party applied for federal registration in October! It has expressed hope that its registration can be finished before Farrer but given it's not yet been advertised that seems highly unlikely.

By 2024, as many as 55% of Americans wanted to curb immigration according to Gallup. Back in the Bush administration, the Democrats did try to pass a pro-immigration reform bill but they could never garner enough support. Back in 2007 for instance, Harry Reid and Ted Kennedy tried to pass an immigration reform bill that would have provided legal status and a pathway to citizenship to those 12 million undocumented immigrants, but it faced opposition from both the right and the left. From the right because of obvious xenophobia, from the left because of purity-testing. Bernie Sanders btw voted against the bill from the right-wing perspective.
