It almost goes without saying, but this is illegal. The name "John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts" is established by law and the board doesn't have the power to change it. 20 USC 3 §§ 76h - 76s.

I've spent the well over the last decade with employers who offer unlimited vacation (yay!) so I just took as much as I wanted whenever I wanted. My current employer has vacation time plus a "use it or lose it" policy and I'm still getting used to it.

Last week, 47 Democrats voted “present” on an impeachment resolution, including my 86-year-old Congressman, Steny Hoyer.
