there's a flying enemy in act 2 (tosses bouncing bells) that seems programmed to dodge your attack, unless you basically jump directly into its projectile attack and hopefully hit it before it gets the attack off

I don't understand what you mean by this. If fortnite didn't have visualized sound effects and I can't tell where shots are coming from by audio cues alone, that negatively affects my experience playing fortnite. IMO the unique interactivity of games is exactly *why* accessibility is so crucial.
