First time demonstrated Confocal MIET DNA-PAINT and has been a challenging but rewarding journey, and I’m excited about the possibilities it opens for 3D multiplexed nanoscopy in cells.
We introduce Confocal MIET-PAINT — extending our 3D nanoscopy method with:
✨ High multiplexing capacity
✨ Isotropic nanometer-scale resolution (lateral + axial)
✨ Compatibility with custom & commercial confocal SMLM equipped with FLIM
