As the curling season wraps up this weekend, the Nebraska Passport updated their app for the 2025 stops. Can't get any until May 1st, but I can do more efficient planning.

Just saw an ad for the Gemini "AI" plug-in for some phone, and the conceit is that everyone who doesn't have a phone with that feature has a vanilla soft serve ice cream and not a phone and my friends all it did was convince me that we'd all be better off with ice cream cones instead of phones.

None of our mutuals have noticed or expressed anything to be wary of. It seems to be just me.

I *want* to see them as everyone else does, but I can't.

And I can't explain why, either, other than I'm surprised that dogs like them.

This has happened a few times, with both men and women.

I hate when I meet someone and something about them feels *off* just a little bit. Nothing obvious.

And I can usually shake it off and move on.

Until years later, they reappear in my life and my feeling is still there, but with even less of a solid explanation.

My roommate put up blackout curtains in my room before I moved in. I should change them out since it is still dark in here at 9:30, and that is not good for all of the crap I ought to be doing today.

Found out last night that my roommate's puppy is essentially the result of a doggy one night stand.

The owners of puppy's mom and dad are siblings in two different states. They each brought their unfixed dogs to a family gathering over a weekend and didn't watch them closely enough.

That's gonna be a rough start.

When I did something similar a few years ago, I discovered there's a muscle in my shoulder that I use to close the lid on my contact solution. And, yes, I stretched before.

My dad startles and jerks when he's brought out of sleep. When he was in the hospital, he almost decked a couple of the nurses on accident when they came in to check his vitals.

Oddly enough, all the Advil and curling helped.

In a terrible series of choices, however, I sat for an hour in the same couch last night. Which apparently exceeded the limits of what my back can take.

I sat too long on a couch that was too soft last night, and now I have a knot in my back prohibiting movement.

Tomorrow I curl for the first time in over six months.

I may be spending all weekend watching General Conference from a warm bath.

Ok, I closed the tab, cleared my browser's cache, and unfollowed the account that was showing up as the top 3 posts of the stale mutuals feed. And it still showed the same three posts.

What else can I do?!

It was fixed for like half a day, but is now showing the same posts as before, so they are two days old now.

@bsky.app is there anything I need to be doing differently on the mobile web version?

Anyone else having issues with their @bsky.app mutuals feed updating?

When I pull mine up, the top post is a day old, and when I go to my following feed, I see a mutual's post from 20 minutes ago.
