I know there’s not much to be optimistic about these days, but it’s encouraging that JD Vance is backpedaling from “absolute immunity”. I mean absolute immunity, total and complete immunity without qualification, is like on the same level as Judge Dredd…judge, jury, and executioner. that’s not good.
