So Keir Starmer he of former human rights lawyer and Director of Public Prosecutions fame made supportive comments for Glinner a publicly violent and abusive transphobe after he previously gave no shits about murdered trans schoolgirl Brianna Ghey? It can't be more obvious how bigoted Starmer is.

Three things about the Witkoff tapes:

1) It appears Western intelligence services have decided to let Witkoff (and Trump) know they have recordings of their traitorous conversations w/Russia.

2) This Ukraine "deal" was all Witkoff's idea.

3) Congressional leaders should demand he be fired.

The trans issue is particularly instructive because you can actually see how the spike in anti-trans newspaper articles significantly anticipated any shift in public polling. It very much started in the U.K. as an elite obsession.

NEWS --> BBC confirms to me that they did edit a line out of historian @rutgerbregman.com's speech. It called Trump "the most openly corrupt president in US history."

BBC also confirms this was done on the advice of lawyers. So Trump's threats worked.

Trump’s Fury at BBC Gets Unnerving Results with Pro-MAGA Edit Stunner
First, British Broadcasting Corporation execs resigned after Trump complained about a segment. Now the BBC edited out a line from a historian that was critical of Trump. Where does this end?

World AIDS Day is on Dec. 1.

Since 2004, global deaths have been in decline due to greater access to diagnostics, treatment & prevention.

This hard-won progress is now at risk due to major cuts to global public health.

We can't afford to go backward.

I’d be an utterly terrible parent. Frank needs some dermatological support (which he’ll likely not find pleasant) and I’ve already negotiated away 3 days worth of raw steak chunks. He normally only gets one for a vet trip @cr-wford.bsky.social

I’m dubious about her commitment, given the leaked plans to rinse Higher Education in the UK by taxing foreign student fees. Given chronic underfunding, that’s a rare lifeline to British universities. It’s a tough time for the sector and not a time to push more institutions into hardship
We were delighted to open the Innovation for Growth Summit this afternoon with a few words from Chancellor Rachel Reeves on the government’s ambitions for research and innovation

I cannot summarise how angry this makes me without going over the top. These people are the lowest of the low, the cruelest of the cruel. They don’t want to protect children, they want to be racist openly, using children as a shield. A shame on my hometown

Anyone who can look at the current underfunded state of UK universities and think there's half a billion quid you can take out of the sector without doing catastrophic damage is just not fit for office.

DOGE didn't achieve its stated objective, nor its actual objectives.

It has, however, according to The Lancet, set the stage to kill more people by 2030 than the Nazis did in the Holocaust, through USAID cuts alone.

"Bye bye"? We've barely begun to register its impact.
Bye bye, “DOGE”.

It no longer exists as a “centralized entity”, according to the Office of Personnel Management.
