Alright! I’m up; I’ve had a big glass of water with electrolytes; pre-workout meal was a half cup of oats and a banana blended in soy milk with agave (50-60g carbs); I had a protein shake with creatine at 9pm last night, and took my vitamins; gonna do 10m of walking before I drive to the gym!

It’s really difficult & disorienting but the feds hit LA extremely hard today. There were kidnappings all over & reported cluster raids in Chinatown, East LA, Ktown. This list shows to 1130 AM but they haven’t stopped all day

I came back to work after a few years and a coworker gasped at me in surprise
“Steven!! You got old!!”
It was genuinely hilarious (and 2020-22 IS when I developed my grays)

I spoke to a woman at the protest in minneapolis and she explained she wanted to be there in part because "i was a kid when george floyd got killed" and i nearly dropped my recorder

The more I think about it, the more I’m convinced the Democrats have to push their hand immediately. The parallels with the delays and subsequent failures after January 6th are blaring warning signs about what will happen if they don’t go after the issues with ICE and CBP at the root RIGHT NOW.
