We pay cast and crew equal ticket shares. $200-300 is $15-30 per collaborator out of production budget.
It is 2/3-3/4 of our entire costume budget.

This is not to self congratulate - but to show other orgs that if we can do it, larger organizations certainly can.
You just have to want to.

My tiny theatre company didn't sit well with land acknowledgement without action.
So we started donating $1 for every ticket reservation (paid or free ticket) for each show to a thematically relevant local indigenous org.
For context - $200-300 per show is a lot for a tiny org of our size.
