Don't just cite how many times someone's name is in the #Epstein files because the number of appearances itself means little. They cataloged his inbox... junk mail and all. Leaning hard on the appearances count will give some very awful people cover and deniability.

It's fascinating that after breaking the legal observers' car window, reaching in the car to unlock and open the door and unbuckle the driver's seat belt, they just gave up when they couldn't get them out of the car. Just walked away. Evil, lawless, and also lazy

One of the findings out of the Cambridge Analytica Facebook shitshow that I remember is that they used people’s favorite musicians to map out personalities who were most susceptible to persuasion campaigns. On “the most” end were pop-country artists, Tom Waits fans were anchoring the other end.
I live for the moments on Tom Waits albums where it feels like he has stumbled to the piano right before midnight just to send us home with something good.
