A lot of content is made by extremely online people, who observe the behavior of other extremely online people and assume that's how everyone is.

It's very easy to let your worldview be shaped by a small number of people who are very good at getting attention on phones

As an artist, I'm endlessly angry that modern-day social media requires censoring non-sexual nudity.

Please don't put in the newspaper that 28 children laughed at me
Ernest S. Harbaugh, a Cybertruck owner from Ohio, states that 28 children laughed at his Cybertruck after a minor problem resulted in it being towed on a flatbed.

If you abduct someone and send them involuntarily and without recourse to a country where they've never lived to be imprisoned, that isn't deportation, it's human trafficking

A lot of creative folks are demoralized right now. Hell, I'm one of them. Maybe some of them are helping you through this rough time. If so, do me a solid:

Share their stuff. Drop them a kind word. Tip their Ko-fis, or join their Patreons. It seems like nothing, but it's everything right now. 🤘

The future history of now will include something along the lines of "social media put billions of people worldwide in the same room together for the first time in history and it drove them absolutely insane"

Been back on my Bergman shit, and it's been a reminder of how much I love his work and how it has impacted me on a personal and creative level. Sure, I'm not doing a Persona or anything near it lol, but the themes of identity/alienation/guilt are something very present in my art process
