Fundraisers & lobbyists have coordinated the donation of hundreds of millions of dollars to destroy the East Wing & build Trump’s gilded ballroom. I’m demanding info about their role in soliciting money from those who have deep financial, business, or personal ties to this Admin.

The Treasury Department has its own Epstein file containing thousands of bank records. My investigators reviewed a portion of those records last year. I've demanded the Secretary Bessent produce the file for further investigation. He has refused repeatedly.

Trump: "I want the money to go into an account for people where they buy their own health insurance. It's so good. The insurance will be better. It'll cost less. Everybody is gonna be happy. They're gonna feel like entrepreneurs. They're actually able to go out & negotiate their own insurance"

Ah winning was easy young man
Governing's harder
Trumpism works best in opposition when you can weaponise free floating resentment of the status quo and have people project their desires for change.

In government, where you actually have responsibility for actions, it works much less well.

Holy shit. I wrote a HS history paper on Billy Mitchell (way before Wikipedia) & the bios I read jumped from bombing the battleships to his European tour. I earned a ribbon in CAP named for him. I served 12 years in the USAF. I had never heard about his putting down domestic unrest before today.
Billy Mitchell and the fucking Air Corps /bombed/ the Blair Mountain strikers. With newfangled bi-planes. It was a test to see how aircraft could be used in war. When I tell people this they look at me like I got a dick growing out of my forehead.

This is what the administration is. This is the kind of resistance it can’t tolerate.
I joined the protests at the Broadview ICE detention facility because of what is happening to our immigrant neighbors: children zip-tied and shoved into vans, mothers pulled from cars on the way to school, neighbors afraid to go to church or work.
