In The Sims 2 after you go through a tedious process to turn your sim into a plantsim (that has fewer needs but requires water and sunlight to live), you can make the dumb choice to also turn them into a vampire (so they die when exposed to sunlight).

The Act is nominally about protecting children. Giving adults' street addresses to irresponsible and malicious corporate actors does not serve that end at all. What it does do is make it much easier for members of the ruling class to menace that guy with the Vegeta pfp who called them a dumb wank.
But it's the exact kind of danger which the Act was more or less overtly designed to allow the ruling class to subject Australian adults to in the first place. So nothing will be done. /fin

What's happening with Horses is a full repeat of the Rule Of Rose clusterfuck, which got the game blocked from release in multiple countries, based on (unfounded) rumors that the game contained - quoting Wikiepdia - "children buried alive underground, in-game sadomasochism, and underage eroticism."
i am going completely insane watching gamers make up shit about horses and interrogating every single thing the devs have said for inconsistencies and then deciding well it probably had cp in it. this is the easy mode version of the kinds of censorship that are to come and you're failing like babies

Oh, wow, apparently the third Quake Brutalist Jam got over SIXTY maps submitted. And one of them is a three-hour-long monster. And there's some other beefy ones in there too.
For comparison, the original Quake was 30 maps long and none were especially big. Easily the biggest community project yet.
