throwback to Halloween 2022 when Hesper briefly tolerated being dressed as a lobster

I’ve been irritable & snappish lately and I really don’t want to be 😔 I think it might be T-related… as I understand it, testosterone itself doesn’t make people more aggressive, but a changing hormone balance might (see: teenagers)

lrp is something I’ve been trying to articulate: when allistic (non-autistic) people try to understand an autistic experience, they often seem to make unsupported assumptions about the contrasting allistic experience, e.g., “autistic people don’t intuitively understand social norms → like WE do”

theres a misconception that neurotypicals intrinsically grasp unspoken rules. you'll realize that isn't true if you just ask them why people do this or that. they don't know. they're just willing to go along with the crowd without needing to understand it.
