I used to work for Casten back in 2022. Even back then, when he came to visit us, he was openly badmouthing the Senate as an overall institution.
That negativity was notable because otherwise, he came off as a kind-hearted individual who thought that most people could be persuaded into good.

I don't know what the Senate is going to do. But if they do in fact fold in exchange for nothing, they will be living up to past performance. To expect the Senate to carry out the will of the American people is to misunderstand why it was created in the first place.

For someone born in the turn of the millennium I never got into any of the kidcoms or really any kid-appropriate live action TV content except for Power Rangers, Sentai, and a tiny bit of Kamen Rider.

For someone born in the turn of the millennium I never got into any of the kidcoms or really any kid-appropriate live action TV content except for Power Rangers, Sentai, and a tiny bit of Kamen Rider.

If this actually comes to fruition and it doesn't require an excessive level of user intervention, this could be a very big deal. Massive IPC increases in software that don't use many cores and largely solving the problem of software not utilizing all the cores of CPUs effectively.

Wasn't a factor in Nazism or right wing politics similar to that not becoming a major political faction in post-war Germany due to the loss of much of Prussia (home of much of the Junkers) and the destruction of the Junkers as a dominant group in Germany?
i think the most important thing is destroying their financial base. there are only a few industries and literally like a dozen people that need to be financially and when applicable criminally ruined.
The revenge campaign needs to be severe and unrelenting. We should at minimum set the destruction of say Liberty University as a goal.

It says something that conspiracy theorism and right wing extremism are so intertwined to the general public that there was a serious discussion about a little girl conspiracy theorist character (not even a right wing one) on a Nickelodeon cartoon and she was made more into a detective instead.
Ellie was a tough character to crack. In the development bible, she was originally conceived as a conspiracy theorist, but with all the right wing extremist theories popping off in our world, we had a lot of discussions on how best to tackle her.

The mainline comic book universes should last 10-20 years each (universes would change periodically) and have the characters age in real time. Would allow for more character development and prevent the toxic dual incentives of escalating stakes and maintaining the status quo at the same time.
