Senate gives same treatment to anti-rent gouging bill (patron @jenniferboysko.com ) as House did theirs (@clarkfordelegate.bsky.social), and "continues" to next year, which is a more polite way of killing it. We are clearly ONLY going to look at supply-side solutions to housing price issues.
