If you really think we need to listen to some Russians, forget "navalnist" and other "Russian opposition" activists, who are too afraid to call the war for what it is and are only concerned about "poor Russians suffering under evil Putin".

The Art of the Five-Minute Ride
The world tells us that journeys need to be big to matter. That the real adventures start where maps start to fade, where days stretch long, and where you lose sight of home. But the humble five-minute ride - the trip to the shop, the detour to the post box, the spin around the block after your supper - has its own quiet kind of magic.

NEW There's no overstating how significant the Nathan Gill case is. On Friday, the close associate of Nigel Farage was jailed for over 10 years for taking bribes ultimately from a friend of Putin. It's a complex, detail-heavy story that raises questions about Farage’s claim Gill was ‘one bad apple’🧵

Just 100 more days until the Flemish climbs and cobblestones are once again lined with passionate cycling fans.

Which Tesco Xmas Tree do we want, Jim?
They’ve the ‘Swiss Alpine Frosted’ one, the ‘Norwegian Fir pre-lit’ one, the ‘Canadian Pine and tinsel’
one, or the ‘IT’S A FUCKING PATRIOTIC CHRISTIAN BRITISH NEW FOREST CHRISTMAS TREE (complete with Union Jack attired fairy and God save the King audio)’ one.
Let’s have a look at a crazy Twitter to newspaper pipeline story and debunk as we go! 🔎👍🏼
