This may have been true once, but I don't think it reflects more recent licensing arrangements. Things like Free League Alien and The One Ring try really hard to emulate their material

Question for those who do play - back in the day, the figures were a rough approximation for what we wanted to field. Hopefully they mostly matched, but it wasn't always exact.

Is it now expected that your figures are 100% what they look like, and no deviation?

What this highlights is that if Starmer wants a historical legacy, there's one thing he should do - constitutional safeguards to prevent extremists claiming autocratic power.

But he won't. Governments never do. Coz they don't think they'll lose and they don't want restrictions on their *own* power.

For most of my childhood it was nothing, we just didn't have the car radio on. Which didn't seem odd to me at the time, but in hindsight is a little unusual.

I think this is one of those things that *tends* to be true, but certainly isn't always (some games have truly quirky or notable mechanics, some games are explicitly a chance to try a new system, etc)

Phone battery (or rather, charging port) finally given up, so got a new Motorola.

Ah well, they incorrectly listed it, so the cost of a transatlantic return is on them.
