You can’t tell if someone is disabled just by looking at them.
There’s no such thing as the “genuinely disabled”.
You are not entitled to a person’s entire medical history just so you can decide whether to believe them or not.
People are not faking disability, most are trying to fake being well.

Nothing you can do honestly. I work in maternal fetal medicine and I’ve seen this so many times. Very heartbreaking
My best friends little sister just lost her baby. She still has to actually go through labor. No one tells you how to respond to these things. This is a moment I need grown(er) women to advise 😣
