My TL was saying he won’t care about anything on Xmas eve except getting his ham. “Going to ham town.”
Two things popped into my head:
1) him with legs of ham for arms. He approved of this vision.

Spent like 8 hours today intensely working on something only to come to the realisation I will need to scrap it and start over tomorrow.
This is one of the many reasons I want to get SQL access and training sooner rather than later. So much more pliable than Crystal.

Apart from the fact the leader of the right mocked Reiner, one small difference is that Reiner's day job was making movies that people loved, while Kirk's starting point was creating enemies list of professors to be fired or harassed. These are not the same things.

I think the fundamental gap here is that non-creative people think that creative people make things for the end product, when in fact it’s the act of creation and not the end point that makes it worthwhile.
