One thing people of color and Jewish people have in common … those who hate us. And we won’t answer hate with hate, but we won’t tolerate those who try to dress it’s filth up and cal it clean and sweet-smelling!

I think some are maybe forgetting just how awful Greene has been. she did false flag stuff with school shootings; she made threats of violence against Ds; rabid Islamophobia and antisemitism; she's said and done really bad stuff!

My happy thought for the week:
I may not be much, but at least I'm not Chuck Schumer.

Some thoughts on the CR/minibus.

1 The Dems negotiating with Rs were not freelancing. They coordinated with Sen Schumer. A few were ready to give in on day one, others worked to maximize appropriations wins.

Those voting for the 'deal' are the ones furthest away from electoral consequences.

Canada has just lost measles elimination status. The U.S. will undoubtedly follow shortly.

Elimination means that there is no continuous spreading of measles within the country for a year or longer.

Canada and the U.S. have blown it, and it’s largely the fault of the anti-vaccination movement.

Hey, @dscc.bsky.social -
I won't donate to you unless Chuck Schumer and Dick Durbin are removed from leadership.

Not retired...removed.
Ciao.

Also in case its not being mentioned in your feed, there is still a remaining vote for this and Somehow they didn't anticipate the outrage, so there's apparently some hesitation now.

If those were your senators, call them and don't stop. I will also be calling even though they arent mine
Call the United States Capitol switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and they will connect you with your senator's office.

No matter how they voted last night, every one of them has a say in maintaining Chuck Schumer and Dick Durbin as their caucus leaders. Every one of them is accountable here.

Call every Democratic Senator's office and every fund-raising organization and pledge you won’t give so much as another cent to any incumbent Senate Democrat, or to any Democratic Senate fund, until Schumer & Durbin are removed from leadership and replaced by Warren and Hirono.
Call a Senator that voted no tonight and demand that they vote to remove Chuck Schumer as Senate Minority Leader.

He has weaponized his incompetence against the American people by allowing 8 Dem Senators to cave to an authoritarian regime. We need real leadership, not the oligarchy’s lapdog
Schumer can be removed from his Dem leadership role this week - 23 Dems (and/or independents) just have to vote to depose him

And they should, given this is his fault.

Now is a good time to find out if your state allows you to vote by hand-marked paper ballot in 2026 and sign up for a nonpartisan election security training from SMART Elections.

Voter fraud is rare & Trump's Big Lie was exactly that. However, the watchers must be watched.

I've compared Chuck Schumer to Tom Hagen in "The Godfather," but this is unfair.

At the end of "The Godfather," I still liked Tom Hagen.

Dems backed Trump into a corner where he’s advocating for starving Americans and hemorrhaging support. If they vote to let him off the hook in exchange for nothing it’s a cataclysmic failure. I know people are in pain but insulating Republicans from political consequences is not the answer.

the Democrats who are are considered by R's as possible “yes” votes for the deal.

If you're represented by one of the squishier centrists, be sure to make a call. Now.
Sounds like the squishes in the senate caucus are ready to pull the plug with no ACA changes. This is real. If you want to register your opinion you shld call yr senator in the next hour. They not only want to reopen w/nothing. They want cover from their colleagues who still want to hold out.
