I was having severe abdominal problems and went to the OR a decade ago. They asked me if I had eaten Taco Bell recently. Did an ultrasound of my gall bladder, gave me an IV and sent me home.
What didn't they check? My appendix as it was slowly exploding in my abdomen. Surgery a couple days later.
