i am very exhausted by disinformation about the cost of transition healthcare. it costs less than $100 for 1-2 years of hormones, depending on your exact sourcing. presenting HRT as impossibly expensive and inaccessible to people who need HRT but don't know how is equivalent to medical gatekeeping.

Cis allies can pair up and call the authorities on each other for being trans in a public bathroom, exhaust due process until medical records are subpoenaed, and tire the cops with it until they complain so much about enforcing it that they stop bothering, like they did for non-crime hate incidents.

i hear a lot about women experiencing sexism in palaeo spaces. i thought my communities were different. evidently i was being hopelessly naïve.

I'm really loving Crowd Control on Dropout, it's a great format and the comedy is great most of the time, but the execution sometimes feels a bit rough around the edges and round 4 especially rarely seems to land. i don't know on a practical level how i can still be living in a couple years' time. it doesn't really seem possible with how things are and the very little i can do to support myself. but i don't have enough drive to quit while i'm ahead so i guess i just keep going indefinitely?
