If they can see the problem area with a camera, then you can come up with a fix. Could be a big job, could be small, just don't know until you can see what it is. Hope this helps.

Ok, a) not a plumber and b) not in Anchorage, but I would guess you have a restriction somewhere in your drain piping which is causing a backup when there is too much flow. Are you on city sewer or a septic? I'd call someone like Roto Rooter or Drain Masters to come and send a scope down the drain.
