I gotta be honest, responding to somebody calling Aroldis Chapman an asshole(which is a much kinder term than Chapman deserves) by saying "Im the reporter" when our entire lives journalism has exclusively meant "professional liar who covers for rich assholes" isn't a great dunk
i did the reporting. i literally was the person who published this specific news.
He ended his tenure by getting a tattoo during the season that got infected, then demanded he make the playoff roster to attend a mandatory workout. When they wouldn’t do that he quit and went home. Sorry, but unless the reporting was a lie I’m not sure how it’s a both sides issue

The woman's blood and guts match was pretty darn good, probably better than any since the first one, and then the men's blood and guts match absolutely smoked it

Parks and Rec is a significantly funnier show than 30 Rock and I'm not afraid to say it. Which isn't a knock against 30 Rock, it's very good, it's just that people focus on the least consequential parts of Park and Rec, rather than the fact that it's maybe the most clever sitcom ever made
The reason 30 Rock succeeds years later while parks and rec has aged like a toilet full of milk, is that 30 Rock doesnt shy away from portraying Liz Lemon as an obvious villian with a victim/hero complex, whereas Leslie Knope was played just a straight hero character, even tho she is a neolib shill
