Hey US friends - in addition to calling your senators to tell them to abolish ICE, it’s also a great day to tell them to vote NO on HJ Resolution 140 that would strip environmental protections from public lands surrounding Minnesota’s Boundary Waters.

Renee Good was shot 2 blocks from my kids school.
Kids were excited about no school for exactly 2 seconds - like some kind of dystopian snow day - until it hit them as to why, and they felt guilty and ashamed as hell.

A little late this year but if you saved your turkey carcass, here’s my late mom’s TURKEY SOUP RECIPE - her way of spinning bones into gold, merely the best on the planet. Peasant food with peasant surgery involving carcass disassembling & pulling meat from bones but so worth it!
