Those who are 35+, what advice do you have for people just entering their 30s?
Find a balance between enjoying life in the present and planning for the future.
Remember that most of the things you worry about never happen.
Make a point of noticing and appreciating ordinary little things. Learn to love dandelions again.

I think my husband was more liberal than I was at the start but now we're pretty much the same, politically.
Honesty, getting married to a liberal woman was so liberating because I could just do whatever and she didn’t expect me to be macho. Now I fart, watch football, listen to musicals, cry at sappy shit, whatever I want and no judgment… pure freedom. I still have to deal with mice and spiders tho.

Stop calling it "pecan pie!" It's actually sugar pie with pecan topping. (I have always thought that but I do like *good* pecan pie.)
I think Pecan Pie is one of those things that is divisive now because it’s just a blob of sugar with nuts on it but to someone 150 years ago who ate shoes it was probably like having 12 orgasms at once

Agree but I have to confess I would bully Donald Trump if that was possible.
"Some people deserve to be bullied" is always wild to see because it's so deliberately childish as to make it difficult to imagine the person saying it has the moral capacity of an adult human being.
