Anybody else ever think about how gift cards are private corporate currency and that buying them is functionally equivalent to giving an interest-free loan to a corporation and we mostly pay full face value for them!

The argument that banning someone who has deliberately used their car as a weapon from driving is too severe a limitation of their mobility & opportunity for employment should be a damning indictment of how society treats people who don't or can't drive - who are disproportionately disabled &/ poor.
