Critically acclaimed games getting caught in the itch/steam censorship nonsense sucks but remember that we need to, on principle, defend every game getting censored even if they are “porn games” because if you say some censorship is ok it becomes the slipperiest of slopes to all censorship is ok

No, The issue is that I don't close tabs. Because I might want to go back to the other 200 tabs. I have an addiction and Session Buddy has kind of made it worse even though it was supposed to make it better
Has anyone gotten so bad with browser tabs that they regularly close like 60 of them without even checking what they are?

Working on the turret enemy some more for todays #NightmareKart dev thread!
To start I implemented the main damage mechanic where the player has to get to the backside of the turret to deal damage before it turns its shielded area around. I also made a very PS1 style death

AAA is fucked. AAAA is fucked. AA is fucked. Indie is fucked. It's all fucked. I've never seen more across-the-board devastation in this industry in the decade-and-a-half I've been here.
I get really irked when I see people post “indies will save us” or “the laid off devs should go indie” THERE IS NO MONEY publishers are cancelling contracts, angel investors/venture capital don’t want small returns. I think they mean hobbyists with a day job working doubletime & that is a rough ask
