ESO is, as always, a perfectly functional video game.

This would have all been a nonissue if they hadn't acted like this event was something brand new and amazingly innovative. It's definitely not. It's busywork dailies at best, and frustrating at worse (fuck dem bears, tbh).

But yeah, I'm not really having intense amounts of fun with this event. I am not sure what this could have looked like it make it more engaging or more interesting or more unique, but I know it could have looked like more than this. You're selling me a war and then giving me a desk job.

I'm not particularly surprised by this, and I'm not rabid or anything. I'm just a little disappointed they sold this as something game-changing and it's genuinely just a new coat of paint on the same content we've always had. Maybe Phase 2 will impress, idk man.

Of course every dolmen I go to looks like a nuke being repeatedly set off so maybe they're more interesting than I think because I can't actually SEE them, but... hm.

These dolmens unfortunately aren't even very exciting. It's just a bunch of mob spawns. Which to be fair is what they all are. But yeah, it's what they ALL are.

So the Writhing Wall event in ESO really is just dolmens, a dozen annoying dailies, and a bunch of reward coffers full of crap, huh?
