If you want to know where Russia stands on the "peace" negotiations, consider that if Moscow wanted peace, it could simply stop waging war, committing genocide, and withdraw from Ukraine. Russia doesn't want peace. Russia wants to destroy Ukraine by all means available, including "diplomacy".
