), we find the opposite: animals exchange genes more, and for longer, than plants

49 days after the blackout in the Iberian Peninsula, the Spanish government issued a report yesterday blaming both conventional power plant generators and the transmission operator (TSO), Red Eléctrica, for the power outage.
