Think of taking time away to recharge not as not doing the work, but as doing quality control for the work. You’re not going to be able to show up to do it well if you’re depleted

Also, may I say that I don’t agree with people saying ICE and CBP need “more training.” They’re doing exactly what this administration has trained them to—impose a reign of fear in blue cities. They don’t need more training. They need to be ripped up root and branch.

Really, really recommend that Minnesotans in particular disable autoplay, I know it's annoying to have to click to see a GIF but it's not worth the mental health costs of seeing the first seconds (before you scroll by) of murders in our city over and over and over.

A reminder at awful times like this
![In the immediate aftermath, news outlets will get it wrong.
2. Don't trust anonymous sources.
3. Don't trust stories that cite another news outlet as the source of the information.
4. There's almost never a second shooter.
5. Pay attention to the language the media uses.
• "We are getting reports".. could mean anything.
• "We are seeking confirmation"... means they don't have it.
• "[News outlet] has learned".. means it has a scoop or is going out on limb.
6. Look for news outlets close to the incident.
1. Compare multiple sources.
8. Big news brings out the takers. And photoshoppers.
9. Beware reflexive retweeting. Some of this is on you.

I’m all for fan passion in the moment but Marge Schott was a Nazi and Donald Sterling was fired by his fellow owners for being too racist.
The Pohlads are the worst owners in sports history. Their myopic and penny pinching decisions the last 2 years will be a lesson for generations to study on how to be incompetent. On top of it all, once they are done gutting the Twins they’ll get at least $1.5 Billion dollars. Disgusting.
