I actually cried reading @alexjaffe.bsky.social's article about Birds of Prey. I then spent 20 minutes trying to write an explanation for why. I can't do that in 1 post, so... something somenthing, this run started just as I began HRT, something something sisterhood, you should read Birds of Prey.

folks can complain about the effectiveness of scheduled orderly mass protest but to think about it another way its the closest thing we have to the opening scene of A Muppet Christmas Carol where all the muppets sing "there goes Mr. Dipshit, there goes Mr. Ass" to Scrooge and it clearly bothered him

Sinclair restoring Kimmel to its networks, and this whole situation in general, needs to be a lesson that we imprint in our minds and add to our arsenal of fighting back against fascism.
