Benzos are such interesting drugs. (I have a small Rx I only take before medical procedures). The anxious thoughts are still there, but there’s no emotion behind them. I can even feel the drug blocking physical anxiety symptoms, like the lightheaded rush. I brace for it and it doesn’t come.

Happy 4-year anniversary of the JWST launch 🥹 here’s the first photo it ever took!! It is the highest-resolution image of the early universe ever taken. Some galaxies in this picture are nearly 13 billion years old. All still babies — a tiny fraction of the projected age of our universe.

A long time ago, a friend and I started a trend amongst ourselves of reblogging a clip from Frank Ocean's live performance of Self Control back and forth. This ended up repeating over a span of months, years, etc...however long it would take for the song to eventually find its way back to one of us.

Gonna play through Mirage before my eventual Iraq trip for this exact reason. Zayn and I were able to navigate Rome by memory when we were teens thanks to Ezio’s games <3
As a history nerd, I've bought Assassin's Creed games just to walk around the cities because I know they've collaborated with actual historians to try and reconstruct the era and landmarks as accurately as possibly...I dont think I've ever finished one to be honest, I just liked walking xD

A story I found about Haiti:

In 1999, a group of Haitians were tired of political disorder and dreamed of a better life in the United States. So they built a small, 23-foot boat by hand using pine trees, scrap wood, and used nails. They called the boat "Believe in God."

Two and a half centuries after her birth, Jane Austen remains a master of social wit.

Born in December 1775, she wrote six novels that examine manners, morals, and the marriage market, and she published anonymously in her lifetime. 🧵⬇️ (1/2)

This is where we're at now.

Had people say to me it's a waste to own physical media multiple times now, they'll all be in a landfill eventually.

I sincerely hope everyone saying pirates eveything cause I can't imagine the hellscape of only relying on currently streaming shows or only playing old games with current re-releases
