Incredibly stoked with how this last issue has turned out. I don’t know how many of you have caught the news about how this thing has been selling but I can promise you this last issue is an absolute belter and I don’t think I have been prouder of a book.

The only conclusion I can draw from this is that there is something physically wrong and cognitively wrong with Trump, he knows it, and he's angry and frightened.
Every part of this is bonkers. The intro is bonkers. The transition to his health is bonkers. The mention that other presidents didn't need cognitive exams is bonkers. The claim that this screening test is somehow hard is bonkers. The idea that criticism of him is treason is bonkers. All of it.

The practical effect of overturning Humphrey’s will be that Republican presidents can stack the formerly independent agencies with their copartisans and SCOTUS will be cool with everything they do but when a Dem POTUS does the same Roberts et al will declare all those agencies’ actions unlawful.
In a memo John Roberts wrote just 4 yrs out of law school, he said the “time may be ripe to reconsider the existence” of independent agencies & bring them back into the executive branch. Now he’s poised to end what he has long called “a constitutional anomaly.”
