Once witnessed a woman at Tesco customer services kicking off at a worker as the loose lettuce her daughter bought earlier that day was hard and tough and nothing like the prepackaged iceberg lettuce she normally purchased.

It’s gotten to the point where booking a gp appointment needs split-second timing to get in the call queue, and memorising the route through the menus…
And they said all that time playing video games as a kid wouldn’t be of any use to me ;)
