"the union is a third party, let's resolve our issues directly" is a common management anti-union talking point, but I think pro-union folks also too often think of "the union" as a separate entity that can solve their problems for them, instead of a vehicle for members to create change themselves.
I think we need to change the way we talk about SAG-AFTRA. Not a dig at Jeff here (I too would like to see a SAG-AFTRA Amazon Agreement,) but we've got to stop referring to SAG-AFTRA as an organization that can just "step in" and do stuff.
I just wanna see SAG-AFTRA step in & establish a dubbing agreement with Amazon much like the Netflix agreement. That would be the best path forward.

Idk if ive ever drawn metal before so this is kinda a test, the idea is that his design is pretty bare compared to sonics, eggman not caring enough to replicate his patterns. Metal cant speak, but can produce beeps, which he uses to communicate via morse code! #metonic #metalsonic #sonicthehedgehog
