Some culinary firsts for me this Christmas. Cooked a ham for Christmas day lunch, made multiple batches of ice cream and was trusted with bringing a homemade pumpkin pie. Some were more successful than others - ham will be a tradition, ice cream came out amazing, but pumpkin pie ended up salty?
