Ce qui devrait choquer, dans ce discours, c'est le refus de considérer la parole adverse : il n'essaye même pas de voir dans cette pétition une inquiétude à laquelle il faudrait répondre. Non, ce sont juste des gens qui doivent être méprisés. Comme s'ils ne faisaient pas vraiment partie du peuple.
