i've been gaining weight pretty steadily over the last few months
some of it is definitely muscle development but there's plenty that's not
last time i lost weight it was after surgery whilst also having long covid, but i don't really want to go through all that again

ok that was fantastic
got a marketing cold call for my deadname, but my phone voice is apparently good enough that the guy was like "but i'm not sure i have the right number" after i answered

i checked my sugar after the blood work this morning and it was still kinda high
