📽️ WATCH: The U.S. government doesn’t track how often immigration agents detain citizens. So ProPublica did.

We found more than 170 incidents since the start of Trump’s second term. Americans have been kicked, dragged and held for days without access to lawyers.

The "liberals have to learn how to live with people we diagree with" line kinda stops making sense in a world where the central disagreement is whether disagreeing with them should be allowed at all

This is the President of the United States, who ordered the entire leadership of our military to sit and listen to him, speaking a few minutes ago.

If you are a Utah voter, make sure you go to redistricting.utah.gov and provide your input on the new maps for Congress. It quite literally is the best way for your voice to be heard.

"In some places, French postal workers now pick up prescriptions, return library books, and deliver flowers. Last year, only twenty eight per cent of La Poste’s revenue came from sending mail."

Services can evolve in positive ways to meet new and growing needs.
For those who wonder what a modern postal service could look like, one example is in France, where letter carriers provide check-ins on the elderly for very affordable rates, while completing their routes.

I encourage everyone to read the whole thing

"What can man do against such reckless hate?"

"Ride out, and meet it head on."
How is this not a screaming massive headline across every news site? This is insane, a virtual declaration of civil war. We fought a revolution to not be subjected to this kind of tyranny

When I was in college I only drank black coffee and IPA beer because I thought it made me cool. Now I look back and cringe at how I was an insuffersble git.
this gets it exactly backwards! i take my coffee black because a girl i had a crush on in college implied that milk and sugar made me seem like a pussy. i got used to the taste and never recovered. THAT'S THE PERFORMANCE.
what the fuck are you talking about. what the fuck does any of this mean!!!! shut the fuck up!!!!!

America is no longer a functioning democracy. It is a competitive authoritarian system, hurtling rapidly toward authoritarianism.
This was a hard piece to write but we can't move forward if we don’t acknowledge where we are.

Gov. Spencer Cox says he’s “very grateful” he “had no idea” a bill he signed into law easing criminal penalties for 18-year-old high schoolers who have sex with teens too young to consent was prompted by a case involving a relative of Utah Senate President J. Stuart Adams.
