I have seen not one journalist ask Ethan Hawke this press tour about his defining role in the Duffield household, Batman. You’re all lazy and need to ask more questions about ETHAN HAWKE AS BATMAN.

This is sick.

When I was a kid we didn't need to ask a robot where to find the knives, the search was part of the fun.

Almost as crazy, FIRST CONTACT came out November 22, 1996 and they STARTED shooting on April 8, 1996!
Always interests me to see dates on slates in behind the scenes footage to learn when things were filmed. This one for STAR TREK GENERATIONS, which opened on this day in ‘94, indicates they went way down to the wire when the ending was reshot.

Always a good convo with Mike. Lots of Sliver (1993) content.
I spoke to Rian Johnson about WAKE UP DEAD MAN. He tells the story about how Daniel Craig was almost not Benoit Blanc. How Craig will always play Benoit Blanc in future movies. And he makes a personal plea to an Oscar winning actor to be in Knives Out 4. www.indiewire.com/features/int...

Once again, PEOPLE MAGAZINE is out here publishing headlines the papers of record will not.
When asked if there was anything "incriminating" in Epstein's emails, Trump pointed a finger in a female reporter's face and snapped. 'Quiet. Quiet, Piggy.'

I read the Nuzzi excerpt in Vanity Fair, and there is something maddening about her choice to refer to RFK Jr. not by name but with mock coyness as "the Politician." It suggests that the chance to actualize some Carrie Bradshaw-meets-Big fantasy fueled all of this. Anyway, I don't need to know more.

Sadly, today's the day this is public: The Books section at Paste Magazine is no more.

This is why I started asking around about potential review outlets over the weekend.

I'm so proud of the work I did with horror books over there, and grateful to @lacymb.bsky.social for letting me run wild.

Killing nazis is a millennial staple for entertainment. Inglorious Basterds and Green Room are another 2 good examples.

The son of someone assassinated by gun said this.
RFK Jr: We had lots of guns when we were kids. Kids brought guns to school and were encouraged to do so. And nobody was walking into schools and shooting people. There are many things that could explain this. One is the dependence on psychiatric drugs.

"I don't consider domestic abuse a crime," is a pretty core tenet of conservative ideology, tbh.
Trump minimizes domestic abuse during a talk at the Museum of the Bible: "Things that take place in the home, they call crime ... If a man has a little fight with the wife, they say this was a crime, see?"
