My therapist said to get more sleep to manage my mom rage and wow is that easier said than done
Sometimes I think about how sleep deprivation is used as a form of torture and then I think about how in prison they don't expect you to be 100% "on" and nurturing and making balanced meals and providing developmental enrichment to small impressionable people while they keep you awake for hours
