Yes, you have to pay your staff adequately. But you'll get a ton of free coverage/buzz/whatever spending ad money on helping people. I respect this approach.

FJOOOOOORD. Fjord fjord fjord. It's fun to say! Fjord. So yeah, this is a fjord. In Norway. The Nærøyfjord to be specific. Calm, placid waters give way to the rising mounds and cliffs of Norway. In the distance, clouds sit upon a mountainous thing like a crown, or hat, of marshmallows. At first I thought, "Hey, I'd like a crown of marshmallows," but then I realize the marshmallows would just get stuck in my hair like gum and I'd have to cut them out and then I'd be more bald than I already was.
