A person rolled their car into my teenage son a fortnight ago. It was broad daylight and the driver was looking down while their car was rolling forward. I know, because I was yelling, trying to get their attention. Drivers who don't see us are often not looking.
My son hasn't cycled since
👀 Can you see me now?

The importance of visibility on our roads cannot be understated, particularly for vulnerable road users including pedestrians, cyclists, e-scooter drivers and motorcyclists.

Shocking listening back to this interview with Fine Gael and Sinn Fein. Neither party giving even an ounce of concern to the impact of these rules on vulnerable people in the system.. purely focused on competing for the best way to "strengthen the border" www.rte.ie/radio/radio1...

it can be hard work being an active citizen and lots of people don't have the time or capacity to do it. which means opportunities to participate in civic life are not equally distributed.

Jim O'Callaghan is looking to charge refugees for sleeping in tents and doesn't seem to think careers should have family members with them.

It sounds like he wants FF to become Ireland's version of Reform.

The Irish Times published and lauded John Collison's op-ed, but did they fact-check it?

Andrew Jackson did. Thoroughly.

If you spent time reading the original, you'd want to give time to this counterpoint as well.
