So Seymour claimed last month that 99.5% of RSB submissions were from bots. I asked him for more details, inc. how this number was arrived at. His office says “this information doesn’t exist.” So he just pulled it out of his arse, and here’s his office admitting it.

It's crazy that the Government has been allowed to claim they're "injecting" an "extra" half billion dollars into the film industry.
They haven't introduced any new funding or changed existing options. They've just written a new number in the spot for what they expect the existing rebate to cost.
