Buzzwords like "extraction of value", "frictionless" and "pain point" give a deeper insight to how tech evangelists think. Our efficacy of communication, emotions and abstract ideas are negligible next to the depreciating factory equipment we have been boiled down to act as.
A common retort I get when arguing about the beauty lost when choosing AI over human collaboration is some version of "how is AI doing [blank] any different from a person doing [blank]?" and I think if you're asking someone to explain how a person might differ from a machine, you're beyond cooked
